A private transfer to or from MIA and Cocoa covers 196.4 miles (316.1 km) in a Black SUV or climate-controlled van, a flat rate from $550 per vehicle. The drive runs north on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, door to door in about 198–206 minutes, with a bilingual driver and curbside pickup at the terminal.
Each price below is the full cost for the whole vehicle, not per person — one number for your whole group.
Book a private vehicle, take a curbside pickup at MIA, and ride straight to Cocoa — no transfers, no stops you didn’t plan. Choose the Black SUV for up to five passengers, or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine or ten to fourteen. The night before your trip, we text your driver’s name, the vehicle make, and the license plate, plus exactly where to meet at the terminal. When you land, the driver is already at the curb; they help load your bags and pull north out of the airport toward the Space Coast. The whole run is one booking with one dedicated driver for your group, curb to door.
Reserve a minimum of 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. Requests inside 24 hours get a manual review, but availability is not promised. After confirmation, the pickup time can be shifted with 24 hours’ notice, depending on availability. Just share your flight number, group size, and luggage count and we take care of everything else.
Pay by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link; full cash payment at pickup isn’t accepted, though cash is fine for the driver-day balance. Card and link payments carry a 4% bank fee, so Venmo or Zelle keeps the total lower. A round trip costs double the one-way price for the same vehicle, booked as one reservation. Cancel with 24 or more hours’ notice for a full refund; within 24 hours of pickup the booking is non-refundable.
When the pickup is on the Miami side — your MIA arrival — a 50% deposit secures the reservation, with the other 50% handed to the driver on the day of travel, cash welcome. Certain reverse-direction pickups from more distant areas require the full amount in advance; we confirm which rule applies when you reserve.
Plan on about 198 to 206 minutes door to door, off-peak to peak. Off-peak — mid-morning or early afternoon — the 196.4-mile run up Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 sits near the low end. During Miami’s morning and evening rush, or on a busy holiday weekend, the climb north out of the metro adds the extra minutes toward 206. We build the pickup time around your flight, so a delay simply shifts the departure without a rebooking. If you have a specific arrival window in Cocoa — a launch time, a check-in, a dinner — tell us at booking and we’ll set a departure that lands you there comfortably.
You don’t need to do anything — we follow your inbound flight live and automatically adjust the curbside pickup, free of charge, whether you arrive early or late. Included courtesy waiting runs two hours on international arrivals and one hour on domestic, so a typical customs delay is already accounted for.
The driver is positioned curbside at your terminal, waiting as you come out with your luggage. The evening before, we send a text with the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make, and the plate number, along with precise meeting directions. If you’d rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, that is an optional paid extra you can add when booking.
Pricing is per vehicle rather than per passenger — the entire group travels for the single price shown above. Whether one person or five ride in the SUV, the fare is identical, and the van rate includes everyone on board. Divide it among yourselves however you wish; the quoted figure is the full total.
If you need a “shuttle” for six to fourteen people, our private Sprinter van is the answer — and it is entirely private, never shared with other travelers. The van is charged as one flat per-vehicle price, listed in the prices section above, covering the entire group heading to or from Cocoa. Groups of five or fewer ride in the Black SUV.
Yes — round trips are handled as a single reservation at exactly twice the one-way rate for the same vehicle. We arrange both the MIA arrival pickup and the return, tracking your outbound flight for the ride back. Addresses in nearby Cocoa Beach and elsewhere in Brevard County are treated the same way.
Yes. The identical private service covers Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, and other Space Coast addresses throughout nearby Brevard County. Provide the precise street when booking and your driver delivers you door to door. The per-vehicle price varies by destination and is confirmed when you reserve.
A better-organized, premium ride — fixed price, an assigned driver, and a pickup timed to your flight — for a significantly lower overall price than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

Three private vehicle classes cover this route, each reserved solely for your group. The lead choice for couples, families, and small groups is the Black SUV, seating up to five with room for luggage. Traveling six to nine? A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van gives everyone space and their bags. For larger parties of ten to fourteen, a bigger private Sprinter van keeps the whole group together in one vehicle. Whichever you pick, it’s a private ride to or from MIA and Cocoa — no sharing, no extra stops. Not sure which fits? Send your headcount and bag count on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle.
Your group gets a private vehicle reserved only for you — no shared ride, no pooling with strangers, no waiting on other passengers’ pickups. Your bilingual driver speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which smooths every step from curb to hotel. The fare is locked when you book, so the number you agree to is the number you pay; traffic, demand, and time of day don’t change it. Drivers handle the luggage at both ends, loading and unloading so you don’t lift a bag. And you reach us directly on WhatsApp — one contact from the first quote through drop-off in Cocoa, not a call center. For a long run up the coast, a driver who knows the road and a set price beat piecing the trip together after you land.
Cocoa sits on Florida’s Space Coast, a riverside city built around the brick-lined streets of Cocoa Village. The Village district packs independent shops, waterfront cafés, galleries, and a small-town theater into a walkable historic core, with the Indian River lagoon along its edge. Beyond the Village, Cocoa spreads into quiet residential neighborhoods and serves as an inland base for the wider beach-and-launch corridor of Brevard County. It reads more relaxed and local than Miami — low-rise, slow-paced, and centered on the water rather than nightlife. You can check hours, events, and city services on the City of Cocoa’s official website before you arrive. Whether you’re here for a rocket launch, a cruise connection up the coast, or a quiet riverside weekend, the drop-off is wherever you need in town.
The heart of any visit is Cocoa Village — historic storefronts, riverfront cafés, and parks beside the lagoon make for a relaxed afternoon on foot. The city also serves as a handy base for the broader Space Coast: rocket-launch lookouts, marinas, and beach towns spread across greater Brevard County. Expect a walkable, water-oriented, easygoing atmosphere — a real contrast to downtown Miami.
Depending on the purpose of the trip, most visitors pick the historic Cocoa Village district, calmer neighborhoods along the river, or the beachside towns of nearby Brevard County. Share your precise address when you book — Village, riverfront, or beachside — and your driver delivers you straight to the door with no shared stops en route.
Every rate includes tolls, SunPass, and fuel — the price covers the full drive, with nothing added for the highway. Onboard you get WiFi from a mobile hotspot and sealed bottled water. Your bilingual driver, the private vehicle, and the curbside meeting at MIA are all part of the base fare. Courtesy waiting is built in too: two hours for international arrivals, one hour for domestic, and fifteen minutes for a hotel pickup — and if your flight is delayed or early, we re-time the pickup at no charge.
Several items fall outside the base rate. The in-terminal meet-and-greet with a name sign is a paid optional extra, distinct from the curbside pickup that is included. Waiting beyond the courtesy window is charged in 30-minute increments. A brief stop arranged in advance may add a small charge. Tipping is optional though always welcome. Food and drinks are not provided and eating in the vehicle is not allowed — only sealed bottled water.
Small pets can ride along with prior notice via WhatsApp and must travel inside a pet carrier. As for families, one child seat is free for a child under five, and every additional seat has a small charge confirmed when you book. Simply share the children’s ages at reservation and the seats will be waiting.
Every traveler is allowed one checked suitcase and one carry-on, with the driver handling all loading and unloading. Bringing additional or oversized luggage? Send a WhatsApp message before travel and we will verify the space or move you into a larger private van. Planning ahead beats a surprise at the curb.
Daytime hours run 7 AM to 6 PM with no surcharge. A pickup scheduled outside that window carries a small addition per trip:

Aim for a full day — 24 hours — before pickup. Around holidays and packed weekends, the sooner you reserve, the more vehicle options we can hold for you.
Of course. Bookings come in from every corner of the world; international payments are no problem, and updates reach you over WhatsApp and email.
We operate on advance reservations only. Four hours ahead is the practical minimum, and a same-day slot depends entirely on availability — it can’t be promised.
A part-payment locks your reservation: 50% when the total is under $199 USD, and 30% once it reaches $200 USD or more.
Not fully. The vehicle is secured with a 50% deposit sent by Zelle or our payment link; whatever remains can be handed to the driver in cash on arrival.
Not at all — hotels, cruise ports, train stations, restaurants and private homes are all regular stops for us.
The fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, plus full-size buses holding 40 to 54 riders — a fit for big events.
Gladly — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP outings and similar events all get a tailored quote; just message us.
Part of the fleet carries Wi-Fi and USB outlets. Flag it when booking if you depend on either, and we’ll assign a vehicle that has both.
Never — every transfer is private. The vehicle belongs to your group alone from pickup to drop-off.
Relax: we follow your flight live and slide the pickup to match, with no fee for the adjustment.
Send over the new details the moment you have them; we update the booking and keep watching the revised flight.
Standard pickup is curbside — text your exit door and the car pulls up within minutes, typically faster than a sign-holder. An in-terminal greeting with your name on a sign is available for $20 if you prefer it.
A day ahead you receive the driver’s name, the vehicle model and its plate number, plus step-by-step curbside instructions.
Stay calm — a message goes out to you as soon as your plane touches down. No quick reply? The driver walks to the international arrivals hall to look for you there. Nobody gets left behind.
Sixty minutes after a domestic landing, a two-hour courtesy on international arrivals, 15 minutes at hotels, and up to an hour past the agreed time at the port.
With two free hours already included it’s rare, but beyond that the trip can be treated as a no-show. Extra waiting can be added at US$ 30 per additional 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.
Yes — loading and unloading your bags is part of the driver’s job.
One large case plus one carry-on per rider is standard. Extra suitcases, instruments, mobility gear or strollers? Tell us beforehand so the right space is set aside; a supplement may apply.
Small pets ride happily — inside a secure carrier — as long as you mention them ahead of time.
One seat for a child under five comes free; additional seats are US$ 15 each when requested in advance.
Please hold the food for later — only sealed bottled water is fine during the ride.
They’re not part of the base fare, but a brief nearby stop arranged beforehand can usually be worked in; a small time-based fee may apply.
Sure — with at least 24 hours’ warning we’ll re-slot it, subject to availability.
None — the quote is the final figure. Tipping the driver is optional, always appreciated, never required.
