A private transfer to or from MIA and Southchase covers 222.7 miles (358.4 km) in a reserved Black SUV or private van at a flat rate from $550 per vehicle, and takes about 215 to 220 minutes door to door. Your bilingual driver runs the route north on Florida’s Turnpike, tracks your flight, and meets your group curbside at Miami International Airport (MIA).
Every fare below is a flat, per-vehicle price for the full private transfer, locked when you book and never moved by traffic or demand.
The best way to travel between the airport and south Orlando is a private, door-to-door transfer in a vehicle reserved for your group alone. Select the Black SUV for one to five passengers, a private Sprinter van for six to nine, or a larger private van for ten to fourteen. After you book at least 24 hours ahead, we text your driver’s name, vehicle make, and license plate the day before, along with curbside pickup directions. On arrival day the driver watches your inbound flight, parks, and stands ready at the curb outside your terminal as you exit with your bags. From there it is one straight run north on Florida’s Turnpike to your Southchase address, with no shared stops and no detours to collect other riders. You ride only with the people you booked with, start to finish.
Your flat rate covers the private vehicle, the driver, and the essentials to move your group door to door. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all included, so every Turnpike gantry is already paid. Each passenger brings one checked bag and one carry-on at no charge, and the driver loads and unloads them for you. Courtesy waiting is built in: two hours for international arrivals, one hour for domestic flights, and fifteen minutes for hotel pickups, with the pickup re-timed free when a flight lands early or late. Small pets are welcome with advance WhatsApp notice and a proper pet carrier. The first child seat is free for a child under five; each additional seat carries a small fee confirmed at booking.
Only a handful of things fall outside the base fare. The standard curbside pickup costs nothing extra, but if you would like a meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name sign, that is available as an optional paid add-on. Oversized or additional luggage is easy to handle — just send us a WhatsApp message beforehand and we either confirm the space or move your group into a larger private van. Should your courtesy waiting window run out, further waiting is charged in 30-minute blocks. Tipping your driver is never required but always welcome, and stops that were not scheduled are not part of the fare — although a brief stop requested in advance can usually be worked in.
Southchase is a master-planned residential community in south Orlando, Florida, built around quiet streets, small lakes, and neighborhood parks. The area reads suburban and family-friendly, with everyday shopping plazas, casual restaurants, and coffee spots close to the main entrances. It sits within the wider south-Orlando corridor that feeds the region’s famous theme-park and convention districts, making it a practical base for visitors who want a calmer place to sleep away from the busiest tourist strips. A local favorite is the Southchase 7 dine-in cinema, where reclining seats and in-theater food service make an easy evening out; you can check current movie showtimes before you go. Whether you are here for work, a family visit, or a theme-park trip, the neighborhood offers a relaxed home base.
Because Southchase is mostly residential, its immediate appeal is day-to-day convenience: shopping plazas, a mix of local and chain restaurants, neighborhood parks, and the dine-in movie theater when you want a relaxed evening. Beyond the neighborhood, the surrounding south-Orlando area connects you to the region’s big attractions and entertainment corridor, so families get a convenient jumping-off point while sleeping outside the most crowded tourist zones.
Since Southchase is a residential community at heart, visitors generally book lodging in the surrounding south-Orlando area instead of on the neighborhood’s own streets. Search the wider Orlando attractions corridor and the suburban districts nearby for hotels, and let your private transfer carry you the entire way from MIA right to your door.
Booking direct puts a coordinated operation behind your ride instead of a random pickup. Your fare is a flat, per-vehicle rate locked the moment you book — no surge pricing, no traffic upcharge, and no surprise total at the curb. A bilingual driver, fluent in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, handles the entire trip and helps load and unload every bag, so no one wrestles suitcases alone. We track your inbound flight in real time, which means a delay or an early landing simply re-times your pickup at no added cost. You reach a real person at any hour by phone or WhatsApp, and our team has run this kind of private transfer for more than five years. From the first message to the final drop-off, it stays one private, coordinated ride for your group alone.
It does. A mobile hotspot provides WiFi on board, keeping your group online for the whole long ride north, and sealed bottled water is provided as well. So each vehicle stays spotless for the guest after you, food is not allowed inside — on a run this long, hold your snacks for the single comfort stop your driver can set up along the way.
Plan on about 215 to 220 minutes door to door for the 222.7-mile drive, off-peak to peak. Southbound Miami traffic and the volume around Orlando’s attractions corridor decide where you land in that window. Leaving MIA in an off-peak stretch keeps the run near 215 minutes on Florida’s Turnpike, the through-route that carries almost the entire trip. Departures that meet rush hour, holiday weekends, or heavy theme-park days can push the total closer to 220 minutes or a little beyond. Because this is a long haul, your driver can arrange one short comfort stop for a restroom or a snack along the route, so your group reaches Southchase rested rather than rushed. Whichever direction you travel, the driver plans the departure around your real arrival or pickup time so the schedule fits your day.
Book a pickup between 7 AM and 6 PM and no surcharge applies. A trip that starts outside those daytime hours adds a modest night charge, shown here.
Three private vehicle classes cover this route, each reserved for your group only. Lead with the Black SUV or SUV XL for one to five passengers — the right pick for couples, small families, and business travelers with standard luggage. Step up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine passengers when a full family or small team travels together. For the largest groups, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van seats ten to fourteen, keeping everyone in one vehicle instead of splitting across cars. Every class is a private point-to-point transfer, so no strangers share your ride and no one is dropped off ahead of you. Tell us your headcount and bag count when you book and we confirm the class with the right room for people and luggage.
Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link; full cash at pickup is not accepted. Card and link payments add a 4% bank fee, so many travelers use Venmo or Zelle to skip it. A round trip is simply double the one-way fare, booked as one reservation covering both directions. For a pickup on the Miami side — this route’s main direction — a 50% deposit confirms the booking and the remaining 50% goes to the driver on trip day, cash accepted at that point. Some reverse-direction pickups from farther areas are arranged with full payment in advance instead.
It is. A cancellation made 24 hours or more before pickup earns a full refund, while anything inside that 24-hour window is non-refundable. Reserve at least 24 hours in advance so a driver can be assigned; requests on shorter notice still get a manual review, but we cannot promise availability. If you need to shift a confirmed pickup time, give us 24 hours or more of notice and we will move it, subject to availability.
Your driver meets you curbside, right outside your arrivals terminal at Miami International Airport. We text the driver’s name, vehicle make, and license plate the day before, so you know exactly who to look for as you step out. Prefer a name sign inside the terminal? An in-terminal meet-and-greet is available as an optional paid add-on.
You do not need to do a thing. Because the driver follows your inbound flight in real time, the pickup is automatically shifted for a late or early landing, with no extra charge. Every airport pickup also comes with generous courtesy waiting built in, so you can collect your bags and leave the terminal without feeling hurried.
The allowance is one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, with the driver handling the loading and unloading. If your group has oversized or additional luggage, send us a WhatsApp message ahead of the trip — we will either confirm there is room or move you up to a larger private van so everything travels comfortably to Southchase.
The price is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one flat rate listed above. Whether one traveler or a full van of fourteen, that fare covers the private vehicle, the driver, tolls, and fuel for the entire run. Split among your group, a private transfer often costs less per head than separate rides.
Our take on a shuttle is a private van — booked for your group alone and never shared with other passengers. Both van sizes, six-to-nine and ten-to-fourteen seats, follow the flat per-vehicle rates listed in the prices section above, and a round trip is just the one-way fare doubled. Send us your group size and we will confirm which class fits.
Both are welcome. Small pets can come along in a proper pet carrier as long as you give us advance notice on WhatsApp. For children under five, the first child seat comes at no cost, and every additional seat has a small fee that we confirm at booking time. Let us know what you need when you reserve so the correct vehicle and seats are prepared for your group.

Aim for a full day — 24 hours — before pickup. Around holidays and packed weekends, the sooner you reserve, the more vehicle options we can hold for you.
Of course. Bookings come in from every corner of the world; international payments are no problem, and updates reach you over WhatsApp and email.
We operate on advance reservations only. Four hours ahead is the practical minimum, and a same-day slot depends entirely on availability — it can’t be promised.
A part-payment locks your reservation: 50% when the total is under $199 USD, and 30% once it reaches $200 USD or more.
Not fully. The vehicle is secured with a 50% deposit sent by Zelle or our payment link; whatever remains can be handed to the driver in cash on arrival.
Not at all — hotels, cruise ports, train stations, restaurants and private homes are all regular stops for us.
The fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, plus full-size buses holding 40 to 54 riders — a fit for big events.
Gladly — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP outings and similar events all get a tailored quote; just message us.
Part of the fleet carries Wi-Fi and USB outlets. Flag it when booking if you depend on either, and we’ll assign a vehicle that has both.
Never — every transfer is private. The vehicle belongs to your group alone from pickup to drop-off.
Relax: we follow your flight live and slide the pickup to match, with no fee for the adjustment.
Send over the new details the moment you have them; we update the booking and keep watching the revised flight.
Standard pickup is curbside — text your exit door and the car pulls up within minutes, typically faster than a sign-holder. An in-terminal greeting with your name on a sign is available for $20 if you prefer it.
A day ahead you receive the driver’s name, the vehicle model and its plate number, plus step-by-step curbside instructions.
Stay calm — a message goes out to you as soon as your plane touches down. No quick reply? The driver walks to the international arrivals hall to look for you there. Nobody gets left behind.
Sixty minutes after a domestic landing, a two-hour courtesy on international arrivals, 15 minutes at hotels, and up to an hour past the agreed time at the port.
With two free hours already included it’s rare, but beyond that the trip can be treated as a no-show. Extra waiting can be added at US$ 30 per additional 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.
Yes — loading and unloading your bags is part of the driver’s job.
One large case plus one carry-on per rider is standard. Extra suitcases, instruments, mobility gear or strollers? Tell us beforehand so the right space is set aside; a supplement may apply.
Small pets ride happily — inside a secure carrier — as long as you mention them ahead of time.
One seat for a child under five comes free; additional seats are US$ 15 each when requested in advance.
Please hold the food for later — only sealed bottled water is fine during the ride.
They’re not part of the base fare, but a brief nearby stop arranged beforehand can usually be worked in; a small time-based fee may apply.
Sure — with at least 24 hours’ warning we’ll re-slot it, subject to availability.
None — the quote is the final figure. Tipping the driver is optional, always appreciated, never required.
