A private transfer to or from MIA and Dania Beach rides in a black SUV or private Sprinter van at a flat rate from $120 per vehicle, following the I-95 corridor north into Broward County. One driver, one reserved vehicle, and a fare locked at booking move your whole group door to door — no surge, no shared seats, no meter waiting to climb.
Every price below is a flat per-vehicle rate for the whole group, locked the moment you book — the number never changes for traffic, time of day, or demand.
Three private vehicle tiers cover every group size on this route. Pick by passenger count and luggage, then we reserve that exact class for your trip.
Yes — the 6-to-9 and 10-to-14 passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans are private shuttle vans held for your group alone. Nobody else joins the ride, the vehicle is booked exclusively for you, and the fare remains flat per vehicle regardless of how many seats you fill, up to capacity.
The included pickup is curbside: your driver waits at the curb outside the terminal as you exit, ready to load your bags. His name, vehicle make, and license plate are texted the day before with exact meeting instructions. Prefer an inside greeting with a name sign? That in-terminal meet-and-greet is an optional paid add-on.
Each passenger brings one checked bag plus one carry-on, and the driver loads and unloads everything for you. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger van — just tell us what you are carrying when you book so the right vehicle is ready.
You get a private vehicle reserved for your group and a fare that never moves. The rate is locked at booking, so peak-hour demand, traffic, or a late landing cannot push the price up — what you agree to is what you pay. A bilingual driver, fluent in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, handles the journey end to end and loads and unloads your bags himself. No stranger shares the ride, no meter runs, and you reach a real person directly on WhatsApp rather than an app queue. Driver details arrive the day before the trip, and small requests — a comfort stop, a pet with a carrier, a specific pickup time — are arranged in advance with one message. It is a coordinated, personal service built around your flight and your group, not a car dispatched at random after you land.
The flat rate covers the private vehicle, the bilingual driver, and all tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel — there is nothing extra to settle for the road. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, and drivers help load and unload every bag at both ends. Courtesy waiting is built in: two hours for international flights, one hour for domestic, and fifteen minutes for hotel pickups, with the pickup re-timed free whenever a flight is delayed or lands early. Sealed bottled water only; there is no eating in the vehicle. The rate does not include food or drink, driver gratuity (optional and always appreciated), or unscheduled stops — though a short nearby stop arranged in advance can usually be accommodated.
A handful of add-ons fall outside the flat rate. Being met inside the terminal with a name sign is a paid optional upgrade over the curbside pickup that comes included. Card or payment-link payments add a 4% bank fee. Waiting beyond the courtesy allowance is charged in 30-minute blocks, and an additional child seat carries a small confirmed fee.
Yes. Given advance WhatsApp notice, small pets ride inside a pet carrier. On the children’s side, a child under five gets the first seat free; every additional child seat has a small fee confirmed at booking. Mention both when reserving so the proper vehicle and seats await your group on the day.
The rate is per vehicle, never per person. Your whole group rides for the single flat price listed above, whether the SUV carries two passengers or five, or the van carries eight. Nothing is charged by the head, so filling more seats only makes the per-person value better for your group.
Daytime hours run 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips that fall outside that window carry a small added charge by vehicle class:
A better-organized, premium ride — fixed price, an assigned driver, and a pickup timed to your flight — for a significantly lower overall price than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

A single reservation and one synchronized pickup, at a significantly lower price than a surging Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link; card and link payments add a 4% bank fee, and full cash payment at pickup is not accepted. A round trip is simply double the one-way rate. For the standard Miami-side pickup, a 50% deposit confirms the booking and the remaining 50% is paid to the driver on trip day, cash accepted. Some reverse-direction pickups from farther areas are asked to pay in full ahead of time. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before pickup are fully refunded; within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable.
When the pickup is on the Miami side, half of the fare reserves your vehicle at booking and the driver receives the other half on travel day — cash works fine for that last portion. With 24-plus hours notice, a booked pickup time can be moved, subject to availability.
The simplest way is a private door-to-door transfer: you pick the vehicle, we assign the driver, and the same reserved car carries only your group from the terminal to your Dania Beach address. A Black SUV covers parties up to five with bags; a private Sprinter van handles 6 to 9 or 10 to 14 travelers who want to stay together. After you book, the driver’s name, vehicle make, and license plate arrive by text the day before, along with curbside pickup instructions. On arrival the driver monitors your flight, meets you at the curb, helps load the luggage, and drives straight up I-95 to your door. To reserve, message us on WhatsApp with your flight number, passenger count, and the Dania Beach address — that is all it takes to hold the vehicle and lock the rate.
Send your flight number, pickup date, passenger count, and the Dania Beach address via WhatsApp or email. We confirm the vehicle and the flat rate, then send the driver’s details by text the day before. Reserve at least 24 hours ahead; a request under 24 hours still gets a manual review, though availability is not guaranteed.
The ride follows the I-95 corridor north out of Miami International Airport toward Dania Beach in Broward County. Actual duration depends entirely on the hour you travel. Off-peak — mid-morning, early afternoon, or later evening — the interstate flows freely and the drive stays straightforward. During weekday rush windows, morning and late afternoon, traffic on the corridor thickens and the same trip stretches longer. Because your fare is flat and locked at booking, none of that variability touches the price: a slow, jammed run costs exactly the same as a clear one. If your flight lands early or runs late, the driver simply re-times the pickup at no extra charge, since he is tracking your arrival in real time. Book a little buffer around any tight connection and the trip stays comfortable regardless of the traffic you meet.
Nothing — the driver tracks your inbound flight in real time and re-times the pickup automatically at no extra cost, whether you land early or late. Courtesy waiting is included: two hours for international arrivals, one hour for domestic. You never re-book or pay a surge because a plane slipped off schedule.
Yes. A round trip is booked as one reservation and costs exactly double the one-way rate — no separate return fee or markup. Give us both flight numbers and both dates, and the same private service handles your arrival and your return, each with the driver’s details texted ahead of that leg.
Dania Beach is a relaxed coastal community in Broward County, north of Miami, known for its Atlantic beachfront, its fishing pier, and an easygoing, less-crowded feel than the bigger tourist strips. The area mixes beach access with parks, antique and design shops, waterfront dining, and family attractions, all within a compact, walkable stretch near the shore. Whether you are arriving for the sand, a business meeting, or a stay near the water, the town keeps a low-key, welcoming character. You can learn more from the City of Dania Beach official site, or check conditions before you go on the live Dania Beach Pier cam. Your driver takes you straight to your exact address, so there is no last stretch to sort out on your own.
The town centers on its pier and beachfront — fishing, swimming, and walks along the shore. Close by are parks and nature areas, antique and marine shops, casual and waterfront dining, and attractions suited to families. It offers an unhurried counterpoint to the busier beaches to the south, reached directly from your MIA arrival.
Send your flight number, pickup date and time, passenger count, and Dania Beach address to lock your vehicle and flat rate. Book 24 or more hours ahead for guaranteed availability; shorter-notice requests are still reviewed manually. We confirm the vehicle, take the deposit, and text your driver’s details the day before your trip.

Aim for a full day — 24 hours — before pickup. Around holidays and packed weekends, the sooner you reserve, the more vehicle options we can hold for you.
Of course. Bookings come in from every corner of the world; international payments are no problem, and updates reach you over WhatsApp and email.
We operate on advance reservations only. Four hours ahead is the practical minimum, and a same-day slot depends entirely on availability — it can’t be promised.
A part-payment locks your reservation: 50% when the total is under $199 USD, and 30% once it reaches $200 USD or more.
Not fully. The vehicle is secured with a 50% deposit sent by Zelle or our payment link; whatever remains can be handed to the driver in cash on arrival.
Not at all — hotels, cruise ports, train stations, restaurants and private homes are all regular stops for us.
The fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, plus full-size buses holding 40 to 54 riders — a fit for big events.
Gladly — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP outings and similar events all get a tailored quote; just message us.
Part of the fleet carries Wi-Fi and USB outlets. Flag it when booking if you depend on either, and we’ll assign a vehicle that has both.
Never — every transfer is private. The vehicle belongs to your group alone from pickup to drop-off.
Relax: we follow your flight live and slide the pickup to match, with no fee for the adjustment.
Send over the new details the moment you have them; we update the booking and keep watching the revised flight.
Standard pickup is curbside — text your exit door and the car pulls up within minutes, typically faster than a sign-holder. An in-terminal greeting with your name on a sign is available for $20 if you prefer it.
A day ahead you receive the driver’s name, the vehicle model and its plate number, plus step-by-step curbside instructions.
Stay calm — a message goes out to you as soon as your plane touches down. No quick reply? The driver walks to the international arrivals hall to look for you there. Nobody gets left behind.
Sixty minutes after a domestic landing, a two-hour courtesy on international arrivals, 15 minutes at hotels, and up to an hour past the agreed time at the port.
With two free hours already included it’s rare, but beyond that the trip can be treated as a no-show. Extra waiting can be added at US$ 30 per additional 30-minute block, paid in cash directly to the driver.
Yes — loading and unloading your bags is part of the driver’s job.
One large case plus one carry-on per rider is standard. Extra suitcases, instruments, mobility gear or strollers? Tell us beforehand so the right space is set aside; a supplement may apply.
Small pets ride happily — inside a secure carrier — as long as you mention them ahead of time.
One seat for a child under five comes free; additional seats are US$ 15 each when requested in advance.
Please hold the food for later — only sealed bottled water is fine during the ride.
They’re not part of the base fare, but a brief nearby stop arranged beforehand can usually be worked in; a small time-based fee may apply.
Sure — with at least 24 hours’ warning we’ll re-slot it, subject to availability.
None — the quote is the final figure. Tipping the driver is optional, always appreciated, never required.
